Why We Built This Site
Louisiana gives the public broad access to many public records, but the correct office depends on the record. In Cameron Parish, the Clerk of Court handles court files, filings, certified copies, marriage licenses, divorce decrees, successions, mortgage records, conveyance records, jury functions, and elections. The 38th Judicial District Court handles local civil and criminal cases. The Sheriff's Office handles jail, booking, warrant and Most Wanted, traffic collections, and sheriff records. This site brings those official paths into one local reference point.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point to the likely office, but the document has to come from that office.
